What would you change in your life right now if you knew nothing could stop you?
Hello there!
My name is Ioanna Solaki-Tsouchnika and I am a medical devices engineer and a life coach in training at The International Coaching & Counselling Institute (ICCI).
I grew up in Greece where I lived until 2011, when I decided to move to the Netherlands to continue studying and broaden my horizons by getting to know a new culture and new people. A few years later I started working as an engineer, but I always felt like something was missing – however, I never dared to look deeper into this and continued feeling unfulfilled and stuck. My son was born in 2021 and this was a pivotal moment for me: I realized that I owed it to myself to at least explore these feelings and that’s when I decided to finally look deeper into my life with the help of a coach.
Coaching transformed my life. It was through the meaningful work we did with my coach that I gave permission to myself to finally admit that it’s ok to change paths in life and that I deserve to be happy by being my authentic self and listening to my needs, wants and desires! And oh, how liberating that was! Things moved pretty quickly after that: I realized that true, human connection and helping people is what energizes and fascinates me. A couple of months later I was starting my studies to become a life coach at the ICCI.
As a person, I truly believe that everyone deserves and has the potential to achieve their goals and live a fulfilling, happy life. I also believe that everyone has the strength, wisdom, and creativity within them to be able to find answers to any questions they might have and to overcome any obstacles.
As a life coach, I strive to empower my clients to make positive changes in their life that will help them achieve their goals by unlocking their full potential. My aim is to help my clients gain clarity, build confidence, set achievable goals, and take action to reach their desired outcomes by:
- Defining their Values and prioritizing them.
- Exploring their Limiting Beliefs and Inner Saboteurs.
- Brainstorming possibilities in areas where they feel stuck.
